Moderate Restrictions. As infections rates decrease to a moderate spread, and South Africa’s health sector is in a moderate state of readiness, there will be a further easing of COVID-19 restrictions, with a movement to Alert Level 3.   

 Currently, the Western Cape is under Adjusted Alert Level 3.
