May I leave my house during curfew hours if I have an emergency?

Yes, you may.

According to the Disaster Management Regulations, you may leave your residence between  10pm and 4am if you are attending to a security or medical emergency.

The Disaster Management Regulations do not explicitly require any documentary proof in this case.

It may be useful however, where possible, to carry some type of proof with you.

You are also allowed to be outside your residence during curfew for work purposes, please click here for more information.
