May I be outside my house during curfew for work purposes?

Yes, you may.

According to the  Adjusted Alert Level 3 Regulations, you may leave your residence between  9pm and 5am if you have a Permit to Travel to Perform a Service (Form 7Annexure A) under Alert Level 3. This means that you may be outside of your residence during the curfew hours, as long as you have a permit. Click here to download a permit template, and to find out who can fill it in.

Always carry identification with you, together with your permit.

You are also allowed to leave your residence if you have a medical or security emergency, please click here for more information.

Failing to abide by the curfew is an offence.
