Is the transportation of alcohol permitted?

According to the Adjusted Alert Level 3 Regulations, the transportation of liquor is prohibited, except if it is being transported –

  • in relation to alcohol required for industries producing hand sanitiser, disinfectants, soap or alcohol for industrial use and household cleaning products;
  • for export purposes;
  • from manufacturing plants to storage facilities; or
  • from any licensed premises for safe keeping.
